Kombucha Kefir Smoothie
Ingredients for 1 glass:
- 1 cup frozen berries of your choice
- 150ml kombucha (Original orBlackcurrant)
- 50 ml organic kefir
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 4 ice cubes
- Decoration of your choice e.g. lemon slices
And this is how it is prepared:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on the highest setting until you have a creamy smoothie. Decorate with decoration and enjoy immediately!
What is kefir?
Kefir is a fermented drink made from milk. It is usually fermented on the basis of cow's or goat's milk with the Support of a milk kefir grain or kefir fungus.
