This competition is operated and organized by Kombuchery GmbH, Sybelstraße 7, 10629 Berlin (hereinafter "Kombuchery") represented by the managing director Max Seedorf. 

  

General 

The subject of the following conditions is participation in the competition "6 months free Kombucha". 

  

participation 

Participation in the competition is free. It takes place by ordering at least one Kombucha box in the period from 17.10. until 10/31/2022. Ordering the kombuchery package requires providing a valid email address. The e-mail address provided must belong to the participant and may only be used by him.

Any natural person of legal age who has their permanent place of residence in Germany, Austria or Switzerland may take part in the competition. Minors are excluded from participation and will not receive any prize. 

Each participant can only participate in their own name and once. The prize is not transferable. Employees, authorized persons and representatives of Kombuchery GmbH, service providers involved and their relatives are excluded from participation. 

Kombuchery GmbH reserves the right to exclude people from participating in the competition if they violate these terms of use or use unfair means to participate. Kombuchery GmbH can also subsequently declare such an exclusion under these conditions and reclaim any winnings. 

Participation in the competition is only possible once per person. 

Closing date for participation in the competition is 31 . October 2022 . Orders received after this date can no longer be considered. 

The legal process is excluded. 

 Draw and Winner Notification 

The winner is determined by means of a computer-aided lottery procedure. 

The winners will be drawn at the latest two weeks after the end of the competition ( November 14, 2022 ) and notified by email. 

If the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 7 working days , the prize will be forfeited.

Profit  

A free 6 month subscription to Kombuchery Kombucha with delivery every 4 weeks.

You can choose the type of kombucha yourself and change it during the subscription.

A cash payment of the prize value and an exchange of the prize are excluded. 

  

data protection 

Our data protection practice is in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). By entering and confirming your data, you agree that we may use the data to process your participation in accordance with these conditions of participation. 

Personal data of the participant that is transmitted to Kombuchery GmbH as part of the competition will be stored, processed and used by Kombuchery GmbH to carry out and process participation in the competition.
